Yes you can disable resharing your post on Google+.
These days using social networking site has become the style statement for everyone. But along with the entertainment it also has the factor to threaten us. So beware about your profile and who all will see it. But now you can customize the posts you share and manage who can see the post and who can not or people in your circles can re-share it or not.
Sometimes you do not want people to share your posts and spread it so here we have found a way to disable resharing your post. This will stop the problem of circulating unwanted things and will also help you keep your posts secure. You can do this by disabling the option sharing the post.
When you post in the stream, the option for others to reshare your post is automatically enabled. If you want to prevent this from happening, you can disable reshares. Once you have disabled reshares, others won’t be able to reshare the post with the share button.
To disable reshares:
Click the drop-down arrow in the To: field > Disable reshares, See screenshot below.
To disable reshares after you’ve shared a post, click the drop-down arrow at the top of the post and check the box next to Disable reshares. Keep in mind that this won’t retroactively delete any posts that were already re-shared.
Posts that have resharing disabled will not have the Share this post button at the bottom. If you’d like to enable resharing at a later point, click the drop-down arrow at the top of your post and select Enable reshares.
Also you can disable comments if you want by doing to the same way as disable reshares.
